10-Hour WordPress Break-fix Support Plan $499

This plan includes 10 hours of support for fixing WordPress problems, Theme Customization, and General Website Maintenance work.

  1. These hours do not expire.
  2. They can be used in 15-minute increments.
  3. They can be given to a client or a friend in need.
  4. They can be used to provide “white-label” support to your own clients.
  5. They can be wrapped into a package alongside your own services.
  6. Suffice it to say, they’re the most flexible prepaid service hours you will ever buy.

In the past, clients have used these hours to:

  • Answer the question, “I’d really like it if my blog did [X, Y, and Z]. Is that possible?”
  • Fix broken plugins, restore sites after being, and rescue crashed sites and database connection errors.
  • Install all the plugins that I use, to beef up their site’s functionality.
  • Eliminate slow-loading components to speed up the blog.
  • Have an in-person or Skype meeting to discuss their blog strategy (and help them get more leads and traffic from their blog).
  • Integrate other services, like Email Marketing, Social Media, and other Rich Media.
  • Assist with content creation, by proofreading, editing, embedding media, and designing custom images.

Hourly break-fix plans are available as well for the same services listed above. Hourly rates are $65/hour, with a 1-hour minimum.
