Hi Lisa
Oh yes Outlook 2016 is not stable. I have found it has taken a long time to get thru to someone that can allow me to "install another version". In all my years I have never called Microsoft for assistance until late last year with office365.
Very frustrating.
I have just reinstalled windows on a PC because of the issues however I think they are effecting windows as well. One client I downgraded them and then I even uninstalled Office365 (2013) and installed a CD copy of Office 2013, They still had problems.
So last weekend it was a factory reset.
Let us know if you get a breakthrough....

[…] If you are using Outlook 2016, either by upgrading or buying new…Outlook 2016 has well known and documented issues on the internet about it not functioning correctly.. What I have found is the most simple fix is this..DOWNGRADE to Outlook 2013. You can do this by chatting with Microsoft, be logged into your account and they will do the downgrade if you tell them you are having issues with 2016. Check out my lastest “memo” on this issue here, it covers all the lastest issues I have experienced https://callthatgirl.biz/microsoft-office-365-office-2016-information-from-lisa-at-call-that-girl/ […]
