I have first hand experience with Comcast/Xfinity’s use of deceptive business practices. Because of this, I ended up paying them way more that I ever though their service was going to cost me. Despite my best efforts to explain to their representatives why their techniques are deceptive, I was never able to achieve a satisfactory resolution. I strongly recommend avoiding this company if that’s an option for you. I cancelled Comcast/Xfinity as soon as CenturyLink was available in my area. I’ve had no problems with CenturyLink so far.
