If you want to get into a detailed discussion about all the Office 365 benefits during the first consult, I do charge a 1 hour fee of $139. This is well worth it be make sure you buy the right products, don’t over buy and know what the limits are of OneDrive and SharePoint. I also discuss Outlook 2013 and 2016.
2nd meeting to secure the migration, information gathering
- How many mailboxes
- Distribution groups, aliases
- Office 365 software needed
- 2 day window for survey for employees
- Prepay ticket discussion for support after migration
- Quote will be given $350 first mailbox, $250 each additional
- We no longer do migrations for company without a support ticket.
- Pricing for migration software if needed
- Confirm soft date for migration
- Invoice sent/received
- Migration Agreement sent to Owner
- Once completed, survey to owner to send to all employees
- 2 day window to get this completed
- Administration work will begin
- Survey review
- Purchase licenses for Exchange and Office 365
- TXT record update
- Confirm Office 365
- Create mailboxes for users
- Send emails to each employees
- New online web access for after migration
- Phone instructions
- Vendor phone number for assistance
- New Password
- Day of migration
- Techs will call each employee, do the pre-migration work needed
- Get computer password if need be.
- Follow process sheet for each computer

- Migration record cut over
- Techs will start importing in the information to the new Outlook Profile
- Data will start synching
- Fine tuning of extras
- Next day time will be scheduled for aftercare issues
- Close of project
- Any new requests will be billed on the prepay ticket
- Training videos with log-in accounts will be sent to each employee
