Pricing and Services

As of Feb 2, 2024, any new clients will have a full onboarding of their systems, accounts, emails, sizes, etc. to make sure I have all the notes for the repair work. Sometimes while doing, we both discover other issues and I’d rather know before starting the work what is coming or what to expect. Many of my clients will think of other issues during this time so this helps me to know beforehand. I will leave a notepad on your computer with this documentation and notes for the future. Not all work has to be done during that first request. Finally, I will cover other solutions you might want, like backup, migrating to Exchange, fixing personal Microsoft accounts to business, OneDrive, etc.

This onboarding can take 5 minutes up to 30 min, consider it well worth your time. It’s better to know more than to find out later and you also get to be educated in your systems.

Most new client appointments are typically a small project or “Custom Configurations” – Since most of my new clients have a bit of work to complete, my goal at the end is for your system to be in much better shape and you should only need me for on-going support in the future. I like to tell my clients, “This is a one-time surgery” and then it’s just short visits in the future. Please don’t be surprised if I quote you 2+ hours to complete in a few appointments. This is common for Outlook phone synching requests, (This Computer Only), Exchange migrations, OneDrive repairs, new computer setups, etc.

Please note: In the past I sold a 1-hour ticket that could be used in 30 min increments. That seemed to not work for clients as so many either had a request I fixed in under 15 min or it went well over an hour and was more of a project. I now offer a 1-hour that can be used in 15 min increments at a higher price. When you book the appt, you still get a full hour if you need it but if it’s a 15 min call, you only have 15 min marked on your ticket. This ensures you have the best deal and have the time you need.

$299 an hour -Can be used in 15 min increments.

$480 for a 2-hour support ticket -This ticket is for current clients who need my help for ongoing support or for new clients who wanted continued support after I’m done with your first request. I also can offer bulk tickets at a bit more of discount. Just ask and I’ll see what I can work out. These can be purchased after your project is complete.

I also have non-profit pricing, please ask about this.

    Hi Lisa,

Since September 2022, 20-30 spam e-mails have flooded my Hotmail inbox daily. I found out in February 2023 that I wasn’t alone when several news outlets reported that many Outlook e-mail account-holders are similarly burdened. I expected that Microsoft would resolve the problem, but there has been no change. If anything, the volume of spam e-mails that overrun my inbox every day has increased. Do you happen to have a solution to this problem? If so, could you please let me know how much you charge to fix it? Thank you.

    Best regards,

    Scott
