Microsoft Exchange Migration Information and Agreement

Please review this FAQ and when you are ready to get started, click here to schedule your prep appointment with Lisa.  If you do not have a prepay ticket on file, select 3-hour ticket purchase. I only track my time during these projects. During our appointment, I will go through the form with you and collect all the information we need to have a more smoother migration.

FAQ

GoDaddy

  • You have a choice:
    • You can keep all your data as is, but some of your SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams will show the old URL that you had on GoDaddy. All data will be on your new Microsoft 365 account.
    • Or you can get a fresh start, which is a bit more complicated and requires a full download of all your data off the GoDaddy server. Then Lisa will help upload all the data to your new OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams accounts.
