New Outlook Missing PST Files
As of Sep 21, 2024, New Outlook does not support PST files. If you launched the New Outlook, you will notice no data from classic Outlook in a PST will be setup. Microsoft has stated that they will add viewing PST files in 2025. Viewing only allows you to see and read emails, you cannot reply from those emails and I’m guessing you can’t move them to your email server. I can’t verify that, but viewable usually only means viewing only.
So now how do you get your PST data (POP email, folders, calendars, contacts, groups, tasks, notes, etc) into the New Outlook? Well there is a migration of data coming your way.
