An error has occurred syncing Google Mail

This week I had this problem when setting up a the GWSMO in Outlook. GWSMO is a short name for Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook. I like to call it the Google Connector. Anyway, the client called in as her Google connector was not working right. The drafts were not saving, she was missing many emails and had issues with saving email in folders. All issues typical of a bad Outlook profile. With GSSMO, the only way I fix them is a new profile, better results and I can explain to the clients how it works.

After an hour of trying all the usual Google Connector repair tricks, I had to delete all the profiles in the control panel mail app. This is not typical, usually you can store many profiles without an issue. There might be other fixes, but this one worked for me. Be aware, deleting a profile can delete all the data. The GWSMO does store data in a PST file but I make many backups of the email, contacts, calendar, etc.
