Client Migration Checklist
Microsoft 365 Migration Onboarding
Once you have decided to move ahead with the migration, we will schedule a 30 min session to cover the following questions. After I review the answers, I will then work on a soft quote for your migration. I post this list publicly as I feel you as the client, should know all the steps that are required and the work needed to complete a transition from your current email host to M365 Exchange. This page is any size migration. See my about me section at the bottom if you want to learn more about me.

365 Purchase Options: My Vendor Vs Direct Microsoft
- My vendor is a US Based 365 sales and support IT company based out of Florida. I have worked with them since 2011 and they manage over 1000 of my client accounts. I work day to day as an Outlook/365 consultant, they are my backbone that helps keep my consultancy at top performance. They are open 24×7 and this is a great option for those don’t want to
- If you chose to go direct with Microsoft, that’s just fine. Keep in mind that if you are having issues with your account or a technical issue, you are always welcome to call me but I sometimes are not available when you have an urgent issue. You will need to contact Microsoft yourself unless you can wait for me to get you in the queue.
About me
In 2009, migrating email was becoming a service I knew I had to learn as I was getting many requests. I didn’t like telling clients I didn’t know how to do them, so I decided to learn how. It took me six months to research and know everything I could about the process. I completed my first large migration and then many more. Lots of learning curves and still to this day, sometimes a new issue arises. One thing I learned about working with clients on migration projects is this….I know how to ride the hiccups that come up. At this point, I have done over 2000 Exchange migrations to business 365 and over 1500 home users to a Outlook/Phone synchronizing platform (mini migrations) What’s a mini migration?
