A computer cleaning is great if you:

• Haven’t ever had your computer cleaned

Rules:

• Telephone/Remote support only (we remote into your computer via the internet)
• Must book the appointment by January 28th
• Appointment can be scheduled at anytime after Jan 28th
• Licenses and hardware needed to improve/protect computer is not included

The computer cleaning includes:

• Our 22 point checklist (cleaning, maintenance checks)
• Removal of programs, anti-virus slowing your computer down

Our computer cleanings usually take an hour, but may go longer than that due to upgrades and scans. We have changed our billing for all computer cleanings to be a flat fee, no more hourly billing.
