Thank you for booking an appt. If you are a prepaid client, please read this entire page and fill out the form again.

Here are a few things to know before our time together today. 

  • I will call you from 612-865-4475, please note I do not text. I am typically always on time but if I’m late, I will email you as soon as I know I’ll be late.
  • Please have this site up and ready for a 6 digit code. I will give the 6-digit code to you at the appt time. www.logmein123.com
  • If you are a new client, then we will spend some time “onboarding” where I review your system. If you want to read more about this, after you submit this form, the next page will have the onboarding list. I will also have the migration project page if you want to review.
  • I only bill for the time I’m helping, please expect some downtime for backing up, synching or uploading. I do not charge to watch process bars.

  • I like to track this for my marketing
    Life happens and you may need to be late, reschedule or completely cancel. I do work off a billable calendar all day and have a daily queue of clients hoping to get on my calendar. If you need to cancel 100%, you can let me know 3 hours in advance and I will refund or you can reschedule with no fee. If under 3 hours, then I will have a cancellation fee of $50 and you can still get a refund or reschedule.
