Fees and Info

Personal One on One Training for Outlook, Exchange, Office 365 and Email management

  • $200 per hour, all training done remotely
  • Lisa will train the end user on the basics of Outlook and Exchange. She will work with the inbox and teach you how to manage emails with a specific 4-step program she created that keeps email managed on a day to day basis. This class is great for those with massive amounts of email, or those who need help with phone and computer email issues.
  • The typical time needed is 2-4 hours for the end user to get through this training.

 Group Training for Outlook, Exchange and Office 365

  • $300 per hour, all training done remotely
  • Via remote into one company computer with as many attendees that can be comfortable around one computer.
  • Lisa will train the group on your Outlook and Microsoft Exchange configuration. This includes a 15 minute pre-setup time to view Outlook and settings. I also recommend that all attendees bring questions that they want answered.
  • Typical time needed is 1-2 hours.

Group Training via webinar

  • $995, all training done remotely
  • Includes a 1 hour session for any size group and up to 1 hour of after session Q&A.
  • This training will be done using my Outlook and a test profile for general Outlook and Exchange.
  • The session will be recorded and provided to the company for future training.. I also recommend that all attendees bring questions that they want answered.
  • Typical time is 2 hours, personal training is offered after for those that need extra help.
