Outlook Meeting Invites Not Showing in Inbox After Accepting
Client called with this odd problem. Never seen it before and so I did some research and I found this wsa solved by a contributor in the Microsoft Forums. As I’m an active contributor as well, I like to share answers. Here is her answer and it did work for my client. I actually changed his view by going to the reading pane and changed it from right side to bottom and that did it, it’s the same as what Kim said pretty much.
“In my email, the view setting was set to compact. For some reason, compact view would not allow meeting invites to show up in my email, only via Teams app. Resetting my view setting in my inbox fixed the issue”
