I only work remotely and support clients across the US, Canada and Internationally. With by hour and per person pricing, no contract offerings, I’m a great choice for those who have IT departments or providers. If your company needs on-going support, I have prepay ticket options. I typically start with a phone call with the decision makers to determine the needs of your company. Then I will send out a soft quote and once you agree to continue on, the soft quote might change depending on the requirements and technical challenges I come across. Sometimes things change and I’m willing to work with the changes.
