Why can’t I copy folders in New Outlook
As of today, Sep 20, 2024 the only option is to “move” folders in New Outlook. Goodbye the good old days of copying folders to other folders in Outlook. You probably moved folders to a PST file and also as of right now, you cannot open PST in New Outlook.
Moving folders to the In-Place Archive is an option but with New Outlook, it really doesn’t matter. It’s all just one big search engine now. If you need my help, use the contact form below.
