Daily Computer Monitoring Plans
If you purchase our monthly plan, we want to alert you to what is covered and what is not covered, so you have a clear idea moving ahead with Call That Girl! Our monthly plan is $300 a year ($25 per month). If you pay a full year up, it’s only $250. Otherwise, we can bill in 6 month increments of $150.
What it covers
- Anti Virus Software with Unlimited Virus Removals (if you have called in for more than 2 per year, this is ideal for you)
- Windows Patch Management (install updates, basic troubleshooting for failed updates)
- Daily mini cleanup (Temp Files)
- Windows Service Monitoring (we will attempt to restart a service if it is shut down)
- Ninite Pro – Run daily
- Crypto Prevent (this is one of the worst viruses out there now) – Checked Daily for updates
- Hard drive space monitoring with trending (so we can tell if your hard drive will be too full soon)
- Basic hardware monitoring (so we can anticipate failures)
What it does not cover
- Windows updates repairs after 30 minutes
- Outlook or any email support
- Printers–troubleshooting or installing
- New computer setups
- Data transfers or data recovery
- 3rd party software repairs or troubleshooting (Examples: Office, ACT, QuickBooks, Sage, BCM, Adobe, iTunes)
- Online software backup troubleshooting or installation
- Microsoft Office repairs, installation or troubleshooting
- Training
- iPhones, iPads, Android or tablet assistance
- Hardware repairs
Please keep in mind, while we do our best efforts, some repairs will be outside of the monthly plan and we do offer a discounted prepay ticket as well to help with those during the year. Please also keep in mind that while we do our best to protect you from viruses and hackers, we cannot guarantee any program to work against viruses as they change daily, but we do our best and have great results!
A note from a client on the program!
I’m glad you were on top of that issue and didn’t need my input. I had been
traveling a lot then and the thought of dealing with any computer
“stuff” was a bit overwhelming. But, that’s why it is great to have
you! Kaylee K
