Project Terms and Conditions

Pricing and cancellation information

  • $150 server/admin fee (non-refundable)
  • $199 per end user
  • $50 for a secondary mailbox setup on one user’s computer
  • 3 day cancellation/reschedule notice for a full 100% refund
  • 2 day notice, 50% refund
  • 1 day notice or less, 25% refund.

I agree that the project and invoice includes the following

  • Backing up current email, calendar/contacts, tasks and notes.
  • Transitioning server information from old vendor to the new vendor
  • Setup of new server in Outlook profile, configuration of old email, current calendar, current contacts, tasks and notes.
  • Basic training on calendar sharing/exchange mailboxes
  • One computer/smartphone and tablet per user/mailbox
  • Set up of shared Calendars for all mailboxes

I agree that the project does not include the following work, which if approved is billable at a special hourly rate of $129. Please keep in mind that the following issues are not common, but are outside of the scope of the project and need to be billed appropriately. If we come across these issues, we will alert you right away.

  • Configuration of Outlook on a server or virtual server
  • Software not installing correctly due to computer updates not being updated or corrupted
  • Repairing 3rd party add-ons that may break or were broken
  • Large mailbox export issues
  • iPhone configuration for detailed calendar work
  • Personal one on one in depth training (basic training is provided, but if more is needed, an invoice will be created and payment afterwards will be expected)
  • Repairing Outlook if broken, old or corrupted
  • Repairing PST files
  • Public calendar setup, configuration in each user’s Outlook
  • Public calendar setup for iPhone and Android/iPad
  • Configuring rules for other email accounts not on the server (Gmail, AOL, etc)
  • Any computer repairs, Windows updates, virus removals, hard drive issues, hard drive space issues, external hard drive issues, server repairs.
  • Anything else outside of the scope of the project, such as fixing, configuring: QuickBooks, ACT, Business Contact Manager, etc.

Issues that may happen during the transition that can cause a delay or a reschedule of project. While these are not normal, I have to alert you, the client, that servers and controls are out of human hands in some cases.

  • Slow internet that can cause lag in the email delivery
  • Internet outages from our remote location or your location
  • Server transition lag, one or both vendors may have a lag in updating server records, causing the project to be delayed, email in in a standstill or potentially needing to be rescheduled.
  • Large amounts of data that need to be uploaded to the server once imported can take hours, maybe overnight.

I also certify that I will indemnify and hold harmless CTG for any and all data or software that may be lost or erased, as well as for any consequence of the erasure or loss of that data or software. Although CTG will take every precaution to preserve all data and software on the computer, I acknowledge that occasionally data loss will occur and/or software operation may be compromised. If I require training in backup methods and procedures, CTG will provide that training to me at an additional rate of $99 per hour. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless CTG for any and all hardware or software malfunctions or accidents that may occur before, during or after work is performed on Client’s computer, and for any results thereof.

Confidentiality Agreement: Any private information stored on your computer or viewed by our computer repair technicians during a remote support call will be held confidential unless required by law. Due to the requirements of the repair, if approved by you, the client…we will back up your data to insure it’s integrity. This is done to ensure that a customer has all the files they need when a computer is returned after a restore. During a remote support call, the data is always backed up to the clients computer or external hard drive. We do not back up the data on Call That Girl servers. If requested, we will destroy any copies of your data immediately after the repair is complete. If requested, we will hold your data for 30 days. Any private or personal information provided to Call That Girl will be kept confidential.

  • Online data backup, regular price is $.80 per gig per month, if you buy a project ticket, you can get it for $.50 per gig per month.
  • Monthly Monitoring, regular price is $35 per computer per month, if you buy a project ticket, you can get monthly for just $25 per computer per month.
