When you book your first 365 training with me, we clarify your company’s tech goals and understanding how your team works so we can get your 365 setup and configuration done correctly.  I support the one-person business, nonprofits and corporations, all with my same custom training. Some added benefits of working with me directly is that I come with years of experience as a working technician. I personally handle the consulting, configuration, technical setup and training.

During our first appointment, I will cover the following:

• Current problems that need to be solved
• End goals you want to achieve
• How your company’s data is stored, shared and backed up.
• How your employees work (Office, Home, travel)
• How you vision your workflow using Microsoft 365
• I will offer you a full tour of the 365 products (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and show you the benefits of using one program over another
• Once I have reviewed everything, we will create a technical strategy to move your data and start training. If your company does not need data moved, we can move right to the training program.
