Microsoft Office Automation Expert

Every day of the year, people spend time in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel doing menial, repetitive work that can be automated. Maybe you know how to record a macro. But how do you automate a process that is conditional, that asks the right questions, that makes Excel talk to Word (or PowerPoint), that loops through each paragraph or cell, or that is precisely customized to streamline your workflow from raw data to emailed PDF? And how do you save it so it’s easy to trigger?

I can refer you to a VBA programmer who develops customized automation templates and dialog boxes in Word and Excel: correspondence that uses your own letterhead, compensation calculators, timesheets, branded invoices with envelopes, proposals that let you pick picture sets, pleading captions, interactive forms that bring up dialog boxes, and so much more. You can stop wasting time and energy on this tedious stuff. Automate it.

Microsoft Word Expert

Do you use Word for professional writing, business correspondence, legal documents, or other complex work? Does Word seem to have a mind of its own with formatting and spacing, multi-section page numbering, wrapping text around images, footnotes, outlines, being mysterious, or just plain saying no to you at random times? When you’re ready to tame Microsoft Word — by working with it instead of against it — I can refer you to a Microsoft Certified Master Instructor who has helped over 80 law firms plus many other companies, through thousands of classes, understand and control this ubiquitous application.

He can teach you the why and how of best practices for smooth travels through paragraphs, sections, bookmarks, cross-references, tables of contents, fields, content controls, templates, track changes, fillable forms, macros, keyboard shortcuts, non-printing characters, and much more.

Microsoft Teams Training for Techs and Their Clients

Microsoft Teams Training for Techs and Their Clients

Technicians have been asking me if I can train their IT business on how to setup Microsoft Teams and some are asking if I can train their clients too. I have done a lot of referral work and I created a referral plan for IT businesses to use my services, refer their clients and keep a well managed relationship between everyone. I pay a commission of 10% for all referral work you send me.

Below is the outline of how my training work, this is for both Technical companies and their clients

1.) Purchase a 2 hour prepaid ticket of $350. This covers the initial 60 min training with primary/owner, questions after training and remote work needed. Clients including yourself will have those quick questions a week or two later. I bill for all my time as I can’t control or know what questions will come up later.

2.) Schedule the 60-min training with primary, decisions will be made on what features they want to use, use in the future and ask all employees (attendee’s) to start using.

3.) After training with primary, a formal training decision will be made and quoted, then scheduled. Invoice is due before the scheduled training day. Typical training is 1 hour.

4.) Formal training of 60-min includes a live interactive Microsoft Teams experience. Attendee’s will have their Microsoft Teams open and be in my webinar. As I do segments, the attendees will be asked to do activities so they can actually use Microsoft Teams and learn the tasks assigned by primary.

5.) A second training session may be scheduled later to cover more extended/advanced features assigned by primary/owner.

Microsoft 365 Expert Los Angeles

Call That Girl offers Microsoft 365 Expert Consulting and technical assistance to clients around the world. We offer fast same day service with no contracts. Our remote support tools allow us to remote into many computers to be more efficient.

Most clients call us for the following reasons:

  • Microsoft 365 is a bit confusing and they want to talk to someone who can explain it to them and ask the right questions to make sure Microsoft 365 is the right choice.
  • They have already been through a migration that didn’t go well. Companies such as GoDaddy seem to have migrations that leave clients calling Microsoft to finish the job. Sometimes Microsoft cannot assist. This is where I step in and can help you resolve those last lingering issues and offer on-going support.
  • They are looking for a smaller experienced company to help with their migrations and have it go as seamless as possible. With my forms and surveys, I do my best to have your migration completed in one day. I offer next day aftercare to ensure everyone on the team has their special issues resolved. See the “Why Hire Lisa” section below.
  • Many small businesses have setup Microsoft 365 themselves and have questions about the products. Microsoft doesn’t have an easy to learn guide about OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams.
  • Training, I offer private one and one training and group training for specific products and Outlook.

If you are a IT Professional and are looking for coaching, I am glad to help! Contact me for information on my Microsoft 365 coaching packages.

New to Microsoft 365?

  • Looking for a company to help your company migrate your email, calendar and contacts to Microsoft 365 Exchange? This is one of my favorite projects to do. I help small businesses get migrated in one day and then have an aftercare session. Training is optional but I offer that with my Outlook Training Videos, created with clients in mind.  Clients who purchase migrations services from us, every employee gets a complimentary login so they can watch and learn at their own pace.
  • Migration pricing: I have standard pricing, no hidden fees.

Need Microsoft 365 Aftercare?

  • Already on using it and have a few questions? I know the answers! Most issues are leftover problems your IT company doesn’t know how to fix it and I do.
  • Calendar and contacts a mess after a migration? I help clean it all up and help your team get organized by sharing with the team and for mobile device use.
  • What about SharePoint and OneDrive? I can help you with setting up, configuring and training. The hardest part of both of these is doing everything right the first time.
  • Phones, iPads and tablets not working right? They are probably configured wrong, I will help you get everything in sync and teach you a few tricks to help your experience be a better one!

Why Hire Lisa

Looking for an experienced technician? I have over 17 years of working with Microsoft Outlook and since 2010 have been migrating clients email from pop/IMAP to Exchange. Over the years, I have worked on making my migration processes better by documenting issues from the past. While no migration is 100% seamless, I learn from issues and update my notes and surveys. Technology can change very fast and having a technician who is up to date on these issues is the value you get with working with a small company.  I’m the only technician, so the call back times during migrations are immediate. If your company uses 3rd party apps such as Gmail calendar syncing, iCloud or other programs, I am familiar with most of those and know how to export data correctly.

Ready to get started?

  1. We will start with a 1 one hour consult to discuss your migrations needs, Microsoft 365 purchase, get more information about your goals and create a game plan. Please use the scheduler at the bottom, find a good time that works for you and have all of your questions ready for the appointment.
