I did all my optimizing/upgrades and tried 2 repairs, neither worked. So I upgraded her to Office 365/Outlook 2016 32-bit. Worked great! Sometimes you just have to upgrade to get things fixed, but I did try to fix the old.

Buy your own domain and start an Exchange business account. Businesses need their own domain for many reasons. First off, stop promoting Roadrunner and Comcast, etc. Promote your own business! For those who use Gmail and Outlook, there is a new sign in that you need to use to allow Gmail into Outlook. Here’s a tip if you can’t get it working… Try closing Outlook, then hit send/receive again. The pop up should pop out. It has you log in and then allow Gmail to use Outlook. ?? WIN WIN ??
?? WIN WIN ??Client’s Outlook account had all sorts of problems. The account would not verify.
I had to do some digging and found out that there was an IMAP account set up as an Exchange account. Because of this, nothing would open, accounts would not verify, and many other problems. In my experience, many problems come from McAfee, so I removed that and the problems went away.

?? WIN WIN ?? Client called in, problems with viewing a shared calendar. Tried a few changes and tricks, nothing was working. I had to do something that I really don’t like to do but it worked…guess what that was?
New profile fixed it. Profiles can go bad and in this case, it was really bad. Let it setup and it’s working great again!
