Microsoft 365 Expert Consulting for Small Business

| February 18, 2026

Microsoft 365 Expert Consultant for Small Business

If you’re looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant to help with your small business, I can help. Not all small businesses fit in a managed service program and many people don’t want to be in a lengthy contract or don’t even qualify. You are in that “do it yourself” space. Going it alone can be frustrating if your online searches aren’t helping, or if Microsoft can’t help. I know how to navigate the 365 Admin accounts, security and many basic requests that are usual for a small business to need to be completed. As well, I’m an Outlook Expert and desktop apps specialist, so you get a 3-in-1 skilled technician helping you.

I offer 1-hour appts up to 10 hour blocks. I also offer same day assistance and an online booking appointment scheduler so you can book your time when you are free. My business does not offer service contracts but blocks of time to help support your project or on-going support.

My services list can be viewed on my pricing page and if you need help with technology not on the list, just ask. I usually can figure out software that is new such as apps and connectors

CTO Services for Small Business with Microsoft 365

| February 6, 2026

Hi Clients, this CTO program for small businesses was created for people just like you, 1-10 employees who don’t need computer repair often and just need help on occasion with 365. Which I usually do the help but some client who are on their own need more help so here is where I come in. My plan is only available after we have worked together in the past or after you’ve had a 1-hour consulting with me.

$1300 a year, you get 2 hours of tech support and (4) 30-min appointments to use quarterly for IT admin spot checks/computer tune up, questions, etc. (see list below). No roll over time. You can use the 2-hours of support for anything you need to use it for. Any time over 2 hours is billable at normal bill rate.

What this plan offers you:

Quarterly meeting to check on: (not all are necessary and this appointment can run 15-30 min) I will email you a reminder to schedule this appointment

  • Security of accounts (verify your security is setup properly)
  • Verify your billing is accurate in 365, current licenses
  • Backup (verify a recent backup)
  • Quarantine emails (can install the “view quarantine” button in Outlook
  • DNS (verify all your internet records are functioning for email delivery)
  • Intune sign-ins (see if there is any unusual activity going on)
  • Check computer updates(Office updates, computer backup, VPN use, any rogue installations/general tune up)
  • Answer questions, fix minor glitches, train on new cool features of Outlook/365

What I promise you with this plan:

  • Best I can….Same day help. If it’s not an emergency, I’ll ask if I can help during my next availability.
  • Night/weekend help for emergencies only: Outlook not opening, hacked, employee fired or left.
  • You can text me, even though I don’t prefer to text (email is so much better so I can keep records of all our documentation), texting is approved for “can you help me today”.
  • You can email me with requests to do 365 Admin requests such as new email mailbox setup, check on things, remove a license, etc.) This would require I have a global admin account on your 365 tenant.
  • Quick questions via email are free
