Outlook Email Management Training

| May 13, 2021

Interested in having your team or a group of colleagues trained on Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive or Teams? My name is Lisa and I’m certified in Microsoft Outlook and consider myself a master technician. I have 25 years experience working as a helpdesk tech and focused on email, email programs, and of course Outlook. I have been training end users and technicians on every aspect of email and Outlook since 1996 at almost very job I have had. While I follow an outline, I freestyle all my training and can answer technical questions on demand. This is what sets me apart from other professional trainers.

Hiring a technical trainer has benefits when you decide to invest in training for your team. For instance, if you want help after the training, I have all the remote software to remote in the computers and help configure or offer a private training session. As well, I see new issues and features daily and keep with the current trends of the ever changing Microsoft platform.

Please review the information below, watch my demo video and fill out the form to schedule a consult.

General information:

  • Each training I offer does include a basic outline and can be customized.
  • All sessions are done via Zoom and are either 30 min or 1 hour in length depending on the attendees.
  • 30 min sessions are more popular to keep attention of the attendees. Then we take a break for two weeks and allow them time to learn their new products, then we do another follow up training where I can answer questions.
  • All Outlook Training begins with setting up your Outlook.

My demo videos are listed on my YouTube Channel www.youtube.com/callthatgirl
