Pricing and Services

| December 12, 2020 | 10 Comments

$299 an hour -Can be used in 15 min increments. As most of my clients usually have a bit of work needing to be done, expect more than 1-hour if you have a few issues. Once this request or project is over, then you can move to a 2-hour support ticket. Past clients who need a quick request completed can bypass the 1-hour and purchase a 2-hour support ticket if they chose.

$480 for a 2-hour support ticket -This ticket is for current clients who need my help for ongoing support or for new clients who wanted continued support after I’m done with your first request. I also can offer bulk tickets at a bit more of discount. Just ask and I’ll see what I can work out. These can be purchased after your project is complete.

I also have non-profit pricing, please ask about this.

  1. Scott Abramson says:

    Hi Lisa,

Since September 2022, 20-30 spam e-mails have flooded my Hotmail inbox daily. I found out in February 2023 that I wasn’t alone when several news outlets reported that many Outlook e-mail account-holders are similarly burdened. I expected that Microsoft would resolve the problem, but there has been no change. If anything, the volume of spam e-mails that overrun my inbox every day has increased. Do you happen to have a solution to this problem? If so, could you please let me know how much you charge to fix it? Thank you.

    Best regards,

    Scott
