Onboarding Forms for Computer Technicians
Hi Technicians! In the past year I have needed to create new onboarding forms. Too many technical hiccups were popping up on my client’s computers for me to just start working on an Outlook issue as I used to do in the past. Now I need to know more; are they logged into Windows with a Microsoft account, what version of Office? Home or business? What bit version? How large were the OST files? What types of accounts was I dealing with? I cover all of this in my video below. I explain why I check for each and what problems can happen. Check it out and I hope it helps you with your business.

How you can use the ticket

- If not, I can remote in between my other appointments to offer some guidance on how I would fix it.
- You can schedule an appointment for me to remote in and offer guidance on how repair or I can actually do the repair myself

- All 2 hour tickets can be used in 15 min increments of time. Most of the techs who currently have a ticket with me use it in small increments of time. They want to learn and then do it themselves. Some repairs can be tedious but I’m great at giving an outline of the repairs needed!

- Office 365 sales for home/res. Not sure of the difference? I will cover all the Office 365 buying options for you clients and best practice.
- How to purchase -Through a vendor such as Pax8 or another company
- Basic Office 365 admin/setup accounts/domains
- Do you know how to do migrations? If not, I can help you learn. If I help with your first migration, this might take more time.
- SharePoint setup– Basic setup, data transfer/Windows sync/Mobile use and sharing
- OneDrive setup –Basic setup, data transfer/Windows sync/Mobile use
- I’ll give you my prepay ticket video so you can learn how I sell them to Office 365 clients.
- Probably other things as I think of it when we work together.
Other ways I can help
- Refer me! Got an Outlook issue out of control or outside of your wheelhouse? I pay 10% commission on all referrals, immediately paid via paypal after the job is done. Most of my clients buy a 3 hour ticket, $499….so that’s $50 in your pocket for telling the client “This is an Outlook expert request” and then you’re free of the issue. There is nothing wrong with telling a client that Outlook is a specialty software, like Quickbooks.
