If you are searching for an answer on how to get your folders in Outlook back in alphabetical order, this tip might help you.
Go to the “Folder” tab at the top of Outlook
Click on “Show All Folders A to Z”
That should reorganize everything. Your Inbox will be at the top of your list again, if you don’t like it, click the button again and it will resort back to how you had it.
The junk and clutter folder should move as well.
