Outlook appointment scheduling programs

| January 4, 2016 | 0 Comments

downloadIf you are looking for an online scheduling system that works with Microsoft Outlook, I can highly recommend the program I am using right now. If you look at the bottom of this page you are on at the moment, you will see a pop up box. My website www.callthatgirl.biz also had a scheduling box that stays static. I also have a link I can email to people to schedule time with me. As a top ranked Outlook Expert in Google, I am quite busy and find using this system, simplifies my business bookings and gives a professional appearance that welcomes all clients to feel comfortable using my services. I am an “internet based business” and it’s hard to trust everyone, but I have no problems having clients use my scheduling system and booking same day and next day appointments. I love this system!

Here is the information below. The program is vCita. I found it last year when a college friend was starting up her business and I found it very neat and easy to use. I instantly purchased it and figured out all the settings and finally got it ready to go. In 2015, I booked almost 800 appointments with this system and I started in February.
