Do you need an Outlook Email Coach?
As an Outlook technical expert, I also know all the tricks you can use within Outlook as well as configuring and training you. During our sessions, I can zoom and record as well as take remote control and work with you on your computer. I can go slow or as fast as you like. During the session, I keep notes and will give you homework to work on during the week, we’ll go slow so you can work and learn your new tasks and in 5 or 10 weeks, finally feel like you’re in charge of your Outlook.
Outlook is very powerful if you know how to use all the features. As a user of Outlook and a technical expert, I use all the tricks and yep, my inbox is empty every night and very clean with a few emails in the morning. I know, you get 100’s of emails a day, I don’t get 100’s a day but my inbox is so clean during the day because I work it between my client appointments. Do I live in Outlook? You bet I do. Do I have two offices in my house? Of course and an iPhone so everything really works for me.
What I will help you with is a lot of personal coaching, getting in your brain, get you out of your own head, change your thinking and being very reactive instead of indecisive or on track with your thoughts. Too many processes? Tell me about it, I can get that to be less steps with the tricks I know in Outlook. I have literally seen people do 5 steps for something I know how to do in one step. I’ll have you show me what you do, then show you how I’d do it. “That’s so cool!” is what I hear when I show off stuff to my clients when I’m fixing their Outlook.
