What I find is helpful for me when I go to repair your Outlook. I also explain so my clients understand their computer better. I have 25 years experience working as a helpdesk tech and focused on email, email programs, and of course Outlook. I have been training end users and technicians on every aspect of email and Outlook since 1996 at almost very job I have had. While I follow an outline, I freestyle all my training and can answer technical questions on demand. This is what sets me apart from other professional trainers.
