Email Inbox Organization

Hi folks! Thanks for checking out my page here on Email Inbox Organization. I help clients daily fix their Outlook & Office 365 issues as well as learn how to untangle the inbox and sub folder messes that happen.

Here is a short list of things I can help you with in a 30 min session. If you need more time, we can do that but with everyone staying home and working right now, this is maybe all you need to learn and finish up yourself! Remember, not everyone can whip their inbox in shape in 30 min, sometimes it takes a bit of homework and consistency. From my teachings to get you in your good place, I can get you to the…”no emails when you go to bed” goal! Yes, you can wake up in the morning with a handful of emails to take care of.

  1. Figure out your phone and get it in sync/calendar/contacts too
  2. Teach you some mind tricks on how to make fast decisions on what to do with an email
  3. Move old emails from the inbox to a sub folder for organizing later
  4. Find your topics you need to see quickly, create folders/rules and short cuts for moving and managing emails
  5. Creating top level sub folders to keep your eye on the money (money and client work is always at the top!)
  6. How to keep on top of your junk/spam

Use my scheduler below to find a time, I have a specific selection for the email inbox organization. You can chose the 1 hour or 3 hour ticket if you feel you need more help for this and on-going support later.
