How to get out of your Microsoft Contract

Client has their Office 365 managed by a company that works with a direct partner of Microsoft. They want out and manage it themselves. Why does this happen and can you get out of that agreement?

It happens because most technicians or managed service providers can’t buy direct from Microsoft, they have to use another company. Most of my clients want to pay Microsoft directly and get out of any contracts. Then they pay me to help support and manage. You can get out of the agreement usually but if you paid up, you will probably lose that money. Call me, let’s chat. 612-865-4475
