How to verify you are using your licensed Office 365 Account

First open Outlook and then go to the top left area and click on “File”

Then go down to “Office Account”

You will see the “User Information” there. If you are signed in with your business email account, then you are using the licensed software.

If you see another email account, such as a personal email or an account that doesn’t match your business .com, please contact me and I will assist with having you login into your business account.

If you are not using OneDrive, you should be able to safely log out of the account and log in with your business email account. Some folks have a lot of data on the OneDrive and we want to make sure that you don’t lose that information on the computer. So just schedule time with me to help!
