Microsoft bounces Gmail email addresses

I have had many clients call in with this issue, most needed SPF records updated, but this one client had the SPF correct. I put in a call with Microsoft and here are the instructions they sent.   1. Sign into Exchange admin center and create a connector
  2. exchange.microsoft.com > Mail Flow > Connectors > Add a connector
  3. Connection from “Office 365” > Connection to “Partner Organization” > Next
  4. Name Connector and put in a description as desired > Check “Turn it on” > Next
  5. Select “Only when messages are sent to these domain” > Put in “gmail.com” > Next
  6. Select “Route emails through these smart host”
  7. Enter the 10 records below

  1. Next
  2. Check “Always use TLS…” > Check “Any digital certificate…” > Next
  3. Validation email > Put in any Gmail email address > + > Validate
  4. Once validation is complete > Next > Create Connector > Done
  5. Send a test email to any Gmail account.
