…For those who are very busy, have unruly inboxes and need help with getting tasks accomplished on time, whatever you need, I can help figure out new solutions within Outlook.

Clients ask me all the time for help with managing their inboxes, managing email, delegating, creating tasks and well…many things Outlook can help them run their business basically. After 25 years of working the helpdesk and supporting email, in my opinion, there are three types of people:

• Those that leave every email in the inbox forever
• Those that have 100’s of folders
• Those that do both
• Wait….the 4th, those that keep about 10 folders and only have a few emails in their inbox as they manage their 10 folders nicely. AKA, me. In my opinion, I have the best system setup to manage my business needs. I’m just like you solopreneurs and small business owners, I have a service business with emails coming in all day long and yet, while I do my support calls, I also keep up with emails because I’m in sales, like you! Sales are what keep my billing hours busy all day.

Do you need an Outlook Email Coach?

As an Outlook technical expert, I also know all the tricks you can use within Outlook as well as configuring and training you. During our sessions, I can zoom and record as well as take remote control and work with you on your computer. I can go slow or as fast as you like. During the session, I keep notes and will give you homework to work on during the week, we’ll go slow so you can work and learn your new tasks and in 5 or 10 weeks, finally feel like you’re in charge of your Outlook.

Outlook is very powerful if you know how to use all the features. As a user of Outlook and a technical expert, I use all the tricks and yep, my inbox is empty every night and very clean with a few emails in the morning. I know, you get 100’s of emails a day, I don’t get 100’s a day but my inbox is so clean during the day because I work it between my client appointments. Do I live in Outlook? You bet I do. Do I have two offices in my house? Of course and an iPhone so everything really works for me.

What I will help you with is a lot of personal coaching, getting in your brain, get you out of your own head, change your thinking and being very reactive instead of indecisive or on track with your thoughts. Too many processes? Tell me about it, I can get that to be less steps with the tricks I know in Outlook. I have literally seen people do 5 steps for something I know how to do in one step. I’ll have you show me what you do, then show you how I’d do it. “That’s so cool!” is what I hear when I show off stuff to my clients when I’m fixing their Outlook.
