For me to be able to focus 100% on staying current with Microsoft Outlook work, I have partnered with Cyber Express in Boardman Ohio to help with day to day computer repairs and managed service plans for small businesses. What are managed services? In short, your computer is setup with programs to make sure you don’t get hit with viruses and bad Windows updates. Other benefits are included but the goal of managed services is that you have little to no downtime for your computer.

Just like me, Cyber Express only offers remote support services (unless you live in Boardman Ohio). Below is the list of options if you want to have your computer maintained by a professional service company.   • If anyone in your business travels, managed encryption for your laptops and tablets is the most secure way to keep your company files out of the hands of thieves. Losing a laptop or having one stolen can be destroying enough, but to know your data is safe is undoubtedly more important. Priced at $129 per computer per year, $89 install price one time.   • If a computer is lost or destroyed, our online backup solutions insure your data is accessible to you as soon as you can get access to a new work computer. We offer in house managed and unlimited through our vendor.  To read more about this plan, click here
  • Our prepay Elite Support Tickets offer our clients access to discounted support tickets and bypass normal appointment scheduling requirements. These are sold in 4 or 8 hour blocks. Additional premium support software is also available to use with these tickets such as Microsoft Outlook and QuickBooks support.
