My name is Lisa Hendrickson and I’m an experienced 30 year veteran supporting corporate, small business and work from home end users. Since I run my own business, I have the advantage of exploring learning everything that comes my way. Most of my wizardary comes from clients requesting things I didn’t think I could make happen, so I learned how to use all the main platforms, get them to synch, learn what doesn’t work and configure sytems for just about anyone. Guess who loves my support the most? You. The retired business executive (RBE). Most of you have been using Outlook since it was launched in the 1990’s and now continue to want to use it for your personal life. Being a RBE, you want to get up in the morning and sit at your computer and do your morning email catching up, you want to view your calendar, add appointments and still continue your usual routine of what you used to do, manage your day. The flexibility of leaving and having it all on your phone is how it should be.
In the past few years, I have noticed more RBE’s calling, they want what they had in corporate, a seamless perfect setup for their Outlook/computers to sync with their phones. Email, contacts, calendar, tasks, notes and data from their computer. All RBE’s have different emails, too many emails, confusing contacts on their phones, want shared family iCloud calendars, Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, you know it, I’ve seen it all.
They also want a reliable person to call when they have issues, and that’s where I come in. I can help configure everything how you want it and then offer on-going support for the future. Not many businesses offer the services and support I have.

How my support works
- You can schedule a 15-min appointment, 30-min appointment or 1-hour appointment on my online calendar.
- For emergencies, you can call me. I have enough openings during the day to help on quick emergencies
- For night and weekends, I do charge a higher fee but will help if it’s urgent.
