Businesses from the solopreneur to the smaller companies under 500 employees all need someone who is technical to help run or assist their IT infrastructure. Like many of my clients in 2008, business boomed during the recession and 12 years later…many of you have grown and outgrown managing your own IT. While many have delegated the “IT Director” title to someone in the company, most of those folks have other tasks to do and keeping up with IT and all related issues is very challenging.
