Trust me, I have seen this enough now to make my eyes bleed. It is common if your email settings are not setup right on your website settings. That is the easy to explain answer. Your website manages how many things are setup, including email delivery. So the best thing to do is call the person who manages your website and ask them to check on the “autodiscover” records. Make sure they are setup and working!
