If you are out looking for someone to help you with Outlook after you have Salesforce all setup, I can help with Outlook. Sometimes Outlook doesn’t play nice with the plug-in and it’s Outlook’s fault.
Salesforce should be helping you with their install of the plug-in, but sometimes as I said, it’s an Outlook issue.
