• Verify your 365 license/when it expires
• Verify your break/glass accounts
• Answer any questions you have saved up

Day to day questions you might have aka “Quick Question”

• Email me before you do any changes with email, technology, phishing scam emails
• Questions about junk mail/spam, not getting email
