Social Media Services Terms and Conditions

I (Client) agree to pay Call That Girl (CTG) to assist my company with our social media marketing needs.

I understand that some details and information will be necessary from CTG to perform these social media functions. I agree to assist in a timely manner to insure the work can be done. If I am not able to offer the information,  I agree to tell CTG so they can work out other ways to get information updated with my social media networks.

I agree to a monthly meeting to review our analytics and find more ways to enhance the services that are performing well and remove or decrease services that are not.

I also agree to help CTG with their services by offering industry ideas, events and other campaigns to insure CTG has enough to successful assist my company.

I understand payment is due prior to work serviced.

I agree to talk to CTG if at any time I am not satisfied with the services CTG are performing and work out the issues or agree to performing other services more suitable.

Refunds: We ask for a 30 day notice to cease services. You may cease services at anytime, but the refund for time left on a prepay package will be returned after 30 days for time remaining.

Confidentiality Agreement: 

  • Any private information you offer to CTG will only be given to our employees for the use of your social media needs.
  • We will never share your marketing strategies with other clients.
  • We will never share your information with other clients or other servicing parties
  • We will never outsource your social media needs to a third party
  • We also agree to only assist one client per industry at a time.
