Hubspot will tell you it’s an Outlook issue and it “sorta” is. Outlook has a trust issue on occasion with images with hyperlinks, so it’s slow to print. My clients print a lot and don’t like the 2 minute delay, so the fix (for now) is a band-aid but I will update the permenant fix once I figure it out.
For now…
In Outlook, go to FILE, then OPTIONS
Click on TRUST CENTER
Then TRUST CENTER SETTINGS
Click the button for “Don’t download pictures automatically in standard HTML email messages or RSS items”
Click “OK”
and then close, see if that helps. If not, email me and see if there an update yet.

When you install Outlook 2019, the installation of the OST files are not in the typical appdata folder but in the directory and folder below. The long digits might not match on your computer, find the one that resembles it.
C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Office.Desktop_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Local\Microsoft\Outlook_AppX

Call That Girl offers expert level migrations from Outlook 2007 to Office 365. These are often times tricky as the PST files from 2007 are usually broken when used in Outlook 2016 (Office 365). I tell clients to expect a 2 hour or more job to get this done correctly and the appointments will be in a few short appointments. I have years of experience doing these migrations and data transfers and managed expectations well for my clients.
