  • Define what products and services you want to offer.
    • Your products and services will determine the type of customers you will have and the type of jobs you will be working on.
      • Some jobs will not be worth your time.
      • Small jobs like cellphone repairs may not generate enough income to make a profit, and should be dealt with by cellphone repair professionals.
    • Hire extra help to manage projects.
      • Delegate phones, emails, and secretarial type duties to a hired assistant to get more work accomplished.

            • It takes time, practice, and patience to learn skills that you will use in the workplace.
            • Hire people that are good at different things so that the company can specialize in different things and grow in different ways.
