I’m not an Expert with the OS, but am handy. The applications I support most are of course, Outlook and the Mail app. I also help setup and troubleshoot OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams. Most of my typical services include Mac but sometimes I need a PC to do some of requests. Mac Outlook doesn’t offer some features that the PC offers for migrating data, fixing corrupted calendars and contacts. If you don’t have a PC available if I need one, we can discuss at that time.
I can remote in with my usual remote software, or use Zoom which seems to be more common since 2020. I also offer small group training for Mac Outlook.
