Outlook for Sales Professionals Training
Lisa’s Outlook Training for Sales Pros
I’m a technician and a trainer but I’m also an entrepreneur. And you know what that means…
I’m in sales!
Training salespeople on the awesome features of Outlook is one of my favorite assignments because I have so much to share. I know how to keep a lead interested, the value of quick and accurate responses to prospects, how to stay on top of all your communications and manage your crazy inbox.
When we’re done, you and your team will have a new appreciation for Outlook as a sales tool.
Among the topics we’ll cover:
- Starting strong: Learn the best Outlook settings and configuration
- Dos & don’ts for fonts, signatures, templates, and more
- 4 time-saving steps for email decision-making
- 6 tips for effective & strategic automated emails and replies
- All my favorite Outlook short cuts, including search tips, scheduling tips, and the best use of drafts
- No-fail techniques for keeping track of your to-do list
- Junk/spam folder management
- My time-tested strategy for wrapping up your workday and starting fresh the next day
Bonus! How to use your phone as a second computer
More about my training
Yes, you can find tutorials on YouTube. But hiring a master technician like me means having a relationship with someone who can customize training experiences to your exact specs and who will be there for follow-up training and troubleshooting, system configuration, private training sessions, software updates—whatever you need.
I have 25 years of experience as a helpdesk tech, and I’ve trained end-users and technicians on every aspect of email and Outlook at almost every job I’ve had. I have seen it all, and I am always on top of Microsoft’s ever-changing platform.
- Training can be delivered in 30-minute or one-hour sessions. Best practice is to start with half an hour, let employees incorporate their new knowledge for a couple of weeks, and then follow up with another 30-minute session to address questions and concerns that have come up.
- All training is done by Zoom.
- Every session starts with 10 minutes of guidance on setup, making sure participants have Outlook optimally configured.
- All my training is freestyle and customizable: You’ve got the questions; I’ve got the answers.
