OneDrive Expert
If you are looking for OneDrive Expert support, I support clients around the world with all Microsoft 365 products.
I help home and business clients fix, repair and reconfigure their OneDrive accounts. Many have issues of the OneDrive not synchronizing, or logging out or have a mix up of personal and business accounts. Every client I help has a different issue, so before I repair any OneDrive problems, I will do the following:
- Review the data
- View it online
- Check your backup
- Offer to help back it up/or use an online service, I recommend Carbonite
- Then after the data is backed up, I will assist with fixing your OneDrive and offer training after
OneDrive is a specialty service that is $299 an hour, most requests will go over one hour and a few short calls due to backup requirements. Most folks want to move data out of their personal OneDrive to their business OneDrive so it can all be in one backup for their 365 account. Some opt to setup Teams for this too and we will cover this in the consultation.
