Blue Host Email Expert Consultant

Are you using Bluehost email and having problems with Outlook? Maybe your email isn’t sending or receiving, your calendar and contacts aren’t syncing, or you’re ready to move your business email to Microsoft 365.

I’m Lisa Hendrickson, owner of Call That Girl, Microsoft MVP for Outlook, and an independent Outlook and Microsoft 365 consultant. I help small businesses and individuals troubleshoot email problems, sort through confusing accounts, and migrate to Microsoft 365 Exchange Online.

Real human support. Expert help. No contracts.

Bluehost Email and Outlook Troubleshooting

When email stops working, it can be difficult to figure out whether the problem is with Bluehost, Outlook, your domain settings, or your computer. I review your setup and ask questions about what happened before recommending changes.

I can help with:

  • Bluehost email not sending or receiving in Outlook.
  • Password prompts and account connection problems.
  • Missing email and folders.
  • Confusion between webmail and what appears in Outlook.
  • Outlook Classic and New Outlook setup.
  • Email setup on Windows, Mac, iPhone, and Android.
  • POP and IMAP account confusion.
  • PST files and locally stored Outlook data.
  • Calendars and contacts that appear on only one device.
  • Navigating Bluehost support when the issue requires their assistance.

You don’t need to know exactly what is wrong before scheduling help. Figuring that out is part of my work.

Migrating Bluehost Email to Microsoft 365

If you’re ready to move your email to Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, I can help plan and manage the migration.

I start by identifying which email service you currently use through Bluehost, where your information is stored, and what needs to move. Your migration plan should account for more than just the messages in your inbox.

My migration services include:

  • Reviewing your existing email accounts and business needs.
  • Helping you choose appropriate Microsoft 365 business licensing.
  • Setting up Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
  • Connecting your existing business domain.
  • Migrating accessible email and folders.
  • Reviewing aliases, shared addresses, and shared mailbox needs.
  • Updating email-related DNS records.
  • Setting up Outlook and reconnecting mobile devices.
  • Testing incoming and outgoing email.
  • Providing follow-up troubleshooting and support.

Already purchased Microsoft 365 or started a migration? I can review what has been completed and help with the remaining steps.

Moving Calendars and Contacts to Exchange Online

Moving your email does not necessarily move your calendars and contacts. These items need to be reviewed separately so important information is not left behind.

Your calendar and contacts may be stored in Outlook, a PST file, folders labeled “This computer only,” webmail, or another account entirely.

Depending on your setup, I can help:

  • Locate the calendars and contact lists you actually use.
  • Back up and export accessible data before making changes.
  • Migrate supported calendar and contact items into Exchange Online.
  • Review multiple calendars and address books.
  • Identify duplicates and discuss cleanup options.
  • Configure your devices to use the correct account.
  • Verify that migrated information is available where you expect it.

I also review limitations involving recurring meetings, invitations, and information stored in other services before we begin.

Keep Your Bluehost Website and Move Your Email

Want to move your email without moving your website? I can help plan that setup.

Your website and email can be hosted by different providers. I review your domain and DNS configuration so the email changes are coordinated with your existing website setup.

I can also review website contact forms, scanners, and other services that send email using your domain, since those may need attention during the transition.

DNS and Email Delivery Help

Email delivery problems can involve more than Outlook. I can review the settings that help direct and authenticate your business email, including:

  • MX records.
  • SPF records.
  • DKIM configuration.
  • DMARC configuration.
  • Domain verification.
  • Conflicting or outdated email records.
  • Services sending email on behalf of your business.

If your website designer or another provider manages your DNS, I can help explain and coordinate the changes needed.

Help When a Bluehost Email Migration Goes Wrong

Have you started a migration and ended up with missing folders, two confusing accounts, delivery problems, or calendars and contacts still in the old setup?

I can review what happened, identify where your data is stored, and help determine the next steps. Before removing accounts or changing Outlook settings, I check for locally stored information that may need to be protected.

Independent Expert Support With No Contracts

You work directly with me for remote, hourly consulting. I bring more than 30 years of technical support experience and help people who need someone to review their actual setup and work through the details.

If support articles or AI instructions have left you confused, I can help you understand your options and move forward.

I am an independent consultant and am not employed by or affiliated with Bluehost.
