Helped a client today with their Microsoft Word/Copilot issue. They were not able to use Word as they were used to, so I turned off the Copilot. Here is how to do that.
Open Word
Go to “File” In the upper left corner of Word
Go down to “Options” in the left side blade of Word
In Options, you will see “Copilot” in the left side blade of that window.
Uncheck the box for “Enable Copilot”
I’m guessing an update add this, not sure. It’s on mine but not checked. If you need help with this or anything else 365 related, please use the form
