I’m Lisa Hendrickson and I help clients around the US with their small business and Microsoft 365 accounts. My core business is helping with Outlook but actually, 50% of those calls are helping with 365 Administration. As a Small Business Microsoft 365 Consultant, I specialize in helping very small businesses, typically solo owners up to teams of 10 employees get Microsoft 365 set up correctly and running smoothly. I guide you through purchasing decisions, choosing the right license options (so you’re not overpaying or underpowered), and setting up your Microsoft 365 tenant the right way from the start.

I handle domain and DNS changes, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration, to ensure your email is delivered properly and securely. I also manage email migrations from POP, IMAP, Google Workspace, or other platforms, making sure your data comes over cleanly without the usual chaos small businesses run into.

Beyond setup, I configure Outlook, set up Microsoft Teams for collaboration, and implement MFA and security best practices to protect your accounts. My work doesn’t stop at go-live, I provide follow-up support to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and help you adapt as your business grows.

My focus is simple: take the confusion out of Microsoft 365 for small business owners who are doing it themselves, and give you a clean, reliable setup without long contracts or unnecessary complexity.
