Network Solutions Microsoft 365 Migration Consultant

Are you using Network Solutions email and ready to move to Microsoft 365? Maybe you are having Outlook problems, struggling to sync your calendar and contacts, or simply need an experienced professional to handle the move.

I’m Lisa Hendrickson, owner of Call That Girl, Microsoft MVP for Outlook, and an independent Outlook and Microsoft 365 consultant. I help small businesses and individuals sort through confusing email accounts, plan migrations, and get their email working across their computers and mobile devices.

Real human support. Expert help. No contracts.

Network Solutions Email Migration to Microsoft 365

Moving your email involves more than purchasing a Microsoft 365 subscription and adding your address to Outlook. Your existing email, folders, calendar, contacts, devices, and domain settings all need attention.

I start by reviewing your current setup, where your data is stored, and what you want to accomplish. From there, I can help with:

  • Reviewing your Network Solutions email service and existing accounts.
  • Choosing appropriate Microsoft 365 business licensing.
  • Setting up Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
  • Connecting your existing business domain.
  • Planning and migrating email and folders.
  • Reviewing shared addresses, aliases, and shared mailbox needs.
  • Updating the DNS records needed for your new email service.
  • Setting up Outlook and reconnecting mobile devices.
  • Testing email delivery after the move.
  • Providing follow-up support for questions and issues.

Already purchased Microsoft 365 but aren’t sure what to do next? I can help untangle the setup and determine what still needs to be completed.

Migrating Your Calendar and Contacts to Exchange Online

Your calendar and contacts deserve their own migration plan. Moving your email does not necessarily bring those items along.

I review where your calendars and contacts currently live, whether that is Outlook, a PST file, folders labeled “This computer only,” a webmail account, or another service.

Depending on your setup, I can help:

  • Back up and export accessible calendar and contact data.
  • Move supported calendar and contact items into your Exchange Online mailbox.
  • Review multiple calendars and contact lists before migration.
  • Identify duplicates and discuss cleanup options.
  • Configure your devices to use the intended calendar and contacts.
  • Check that migrated information appears where you expect it.

The goal is to get your important information into the right account and make it easier to access across your devices. I also review any limitations before we begin, especially with recurring meetings, invitations, and data stored in other services.

Outlook Setup, Troubleshooting, and Data Review

If Outlook is already giving you trouble, I can review those issues as part of your migration planning. My services include Outlook Classic and New Outlook setup, account confusion, send-and-receive problems, missing folders, PST data, and calendars or contacts that appear on one device but not another. Before making changes, I review what is stored locally and what is available online so we can identify data that needs protection.

Domain, DNS, and Email Delivery Help

Not sure whether your problem belongs to Network Solutions, Microsoft, your website company, or your computer? I help connect the pieces. I can review domain access, DNS management, MX records, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, along with website forms, scanners, and other services that send email using your domain. I can also help you navigate support calls and explain what needs to be changed when another provider controls part of your setup.

Already Started a Migration and Need Help?

If you have started moving and now have missing email, two confusing accounts, delivery problems, or calendars and contacts left behind, I can review what happened and help determine the next steps. You do not need to figure everything out before calling. Understanding the full story is part of my work.
