Network Solutions Not Delivering Email to Outlook Inbox
Hi folks, if these instructions are too technical for you, you can schedule time with me. The following instructions are for technicians who understand Outlook and Windows.
- Open your Outlook and verify your email folders match the webmail on Network Solutions. If they don’t match up, you might want to call me as there is a big problem.
- Make a backup of your current email account that you have setup in Outlook, even if it’s not working.
- If you made a new profile, don’t delete your profile that was working before it broke, you will need this OST file if you have to do extensive repairs
- Copy the OST file of your IMAP account, save to your Outlook Files folder
- Add INBOX to the root folder path of the advanced area of the email accounts in the control panel. Apply and close settings.
- Outlook will almost immediately resynch the folders, you might need to hit send/receive.
